Product introduction：

    FBJ-130DC series automatic sealing and stitching packaging machine is Chuangling Company’s own research and development, have complete independent intellectual property rights. Suitable for packaging sacks with weight around 25 ~ 50kg; suitable for packaging kraft paper bags, multi-layer kraft paper bag, paper-plastic(PE) compound bag or paper laminated woven bag and the like. The production capacity is high efficiency, could reach 600 to 800 bags / hour. The machine can automatically complete dedusting (optional institution), sewing, trim, package tape, cutting paper-tape, sealing, lamination processes. The seal is firm, dustproof, moistureproof and antipollution to make the packaging complete protection.
    1.1.2 Features
    (1) The machine have a special continuous input of sewing machine, sewing and conveying to achieve synchronous operation. With automatic cut braided line and disconnection warning system.
    (2) Optional pocket dust removing machine to suck powder of the bag.
    (3) Using electromagnetic clutch to control braking and operation of the sewing machine, accurate positioning and avoid damage to the motor.
    (4)Using pneumatic mechanism to achieve traction tape and cut, make operation stable and reliable.
    (5) Using a thermostat controlled heating mechanism, let lined bags and adhesive tape to achieve a combined heat and sealed.
    (6) Transmission mechanism using a special clamp chain, to input and synchronous operation bags.
    (7) Machine operates by PLC programmable auto-complete package with whole process.
    (8) The machine can constitute with conveyors be a production line, and with process of automatic measurement, automatic filling, palletizing, banding through Arrow and winding to composition automatic packaging production line.
